What is Spinal Compression?

A compressed spine, or spinal cord compression, occurs when something puts pressure on the spinal cord, leading to symptoms like pain, numbness, and weakness. Causes include conditions such as herniated discs, bone spurs, arthritis, tumors, or injuries, and it can happen anywhere along the spine from the neck to the lower back.

Symptoms can develop suddenly or gradually and can range from mild to severe, with the potential for serious neurological issues if untreated.

According to the CDC, more than 31 million Americans suffer from spinal compression and related symptoms.

The spinal disc is a vital structure that supports body weight, facilitates movement, and provides shock absorption and allows for motion of the spine.

Over time or due to injury, spinal discs can become compressed and dehydrated, leading to a range of debilitating symptoms that can profoundly affect your quality of life, making everyday activities challenging and painful.

Common Compression Symptoms

  • Pain in the back or neck
  • Pain radiating down the arms or legs
  • Numbness and tingling in arms or legs
  • Muscle weakness
  • Limited mobility
  • Pain in motion
  • Overall body discomfort

Can chronic back

pain be healed?

Yes!

Spinal discs need five things to heal:

  1. Decompression of the disc
  2. Increased blood flow
  3. Increased spinal mobility
  4. Nerve stimulation
  5. Nutritional and anti-inflammatory support

This makes the perfect combination for spinal restoration!

There are 4 vital components to our

spinal decompression protocol:

Advanced spinal decompression

We use a revolutionary system that provides targeted spinal decompression. This therapy offers benefits for those suffering from chronic back pain due to disc herniation, degenerative disc disease, previous injury, failed surgery, and more. Studies show that decompression is more effective at decreasing pain and improving quality of life than conventional treatments alone. With chronic back pain affecting every movement you make, the most important thing is being able to do the things you love with the people you love.

Electrostimulation

We use state of the art digital electro therapeutic stimulation to assist in the growth of the nerves called Nerve Re-Education. The results of this home therapy device can be immediate in both pain relief and restoration of normal sensation.

Photobiomodulation infrared therapy

Peer-reviewed studies show that BluePrint's patient-wearable infrared home device has a 90% back pain reduction to improve core and lower body function. Infrared decreases chronic pain by stimulating a cascade of many natural biological processes. It increases the metabolism of the injured tissue and the production of ATP. Cell membranes are repolarized to increase circulation thus reducing inflammation and edema. Infrared also prevents the release of biochemicals that stimulate pain receptors to directly relieve pain.

Advanced nutrition therapy

Our advanced nutrition therapy is designed to optimize nitric oxide (NO) levels to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and provide the key components for tissue healing while increasing the nutrients that support spinal disc healing.

We are excited to offer a NEW noninvasive and non-surgical therapy protocol that combines the best of cutting edge treatments to resolve your chronic back pain and

rehabilitate your spine.

To ensure that you have the confidence that you need, we've designed an extensive diagnostic evaluation protocol to help us find out if you're a candidate for this care.

This extensive evaluation will give you ALL the information that you need to know before starting

treatment so you can be assured that you may have success with your chronic back pain.
